NRA Basics of Shotgun Shooting Class is a 2-day class taught by NRA Certified Instructors. You will learn how to shoot shotguns at a moving target, safe gun handling, shotgun parts and operation, shotgun shell components, malfunctions, shooting fundamentals, care and cleaning of your shotgun. Students will receive the NRA Basics of Shotgun Shooting textbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules card, NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, and an NRA Basics of Shotgun Shooting certificate at successful completion of this course.
Biannual Stake Conference
Take your firearm skills Beyond those learned in NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting. NRA Basics class is required pre-requisite. Learn single hand shooting, off-hand shooting, fast fire shooting, and more under the watchful eye of skilled instructors and coaches.
If your CA CCW will expire in the next 180 days, or your CCW has already expired, schedule your Range Date for your Requalification at AVGC. The rules have changed! EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN 8 HOUR IN PERSON CLASS WHICH INCLUDES A WRITTEN TEST AND A RANGE QUALIFICATION WITH EACH FIREARM.
