Mindfulness Events in Sonoma

Plant Parenthood is a community organization devoted to the intersection of modern parenting and the intentional use of psychedelics. Our in-person integration circle creates a safe, welcoming space for parents to gather, connect, and be in real conversation with one another. Together, we share experiences, questions, insights, and wisdom, while offering gentle accountability and peer support. This gathering marks the official launch of the Sonoma County Plant Parenthood Chapter. Themes we may explore include: Talking with children about plant medicines and psychedelics, Navigating stigma and shame within parent and school communities, Adolescents and teen relationships with psychedelics, Integration as a family and relational process, Healing intergenerational trauma, and Conversations with our own parents about psychedelics.
