Honeybee and KJ will intertwine their offerings in this sacred space of trust and openness. We will open the space with a Heart Cacao Ceremony as Honeybee guides you into a Heart Awakening Meditation to create safety for your exploration. KJ will guide a gentle movement flow for you to awaken your senses and move energy. Honeybee will teach you how to use breath work to activate the parts of you that may need support. This is an activation breathwork. If all of this is new to you, amazing! This may feel like an edge to you to lean in. We're asking you to be open hearted and brave as we open up to pleasure and joy. This workshop touches on the topic of Eros, however it is not erotic in nature. This invites you to be curious about your connection to your sensuality and your pleasure.
