Outside of learning to read and write, learning how to grow your own food is the next most powerful and liberating thing you can learn. Living in a big city surrounded by so many businesses it's easy to forget that almost all of the food that we consume is shipped in. What happens when there's problems with the supply chain? Or if your neighborhood grocery store closes? Add that to the fact that the longer produce is in transport, the more nutrients it loses. This Urban Survival Course will give you the necessary knowledge to grow your own food TODAY.
Join the Stockroom’s classroom as educator Safiya Darling takes you on a guided journey into Erotic ElectroStimulation. Open to all genders, orientations, roles, and relationship dynamics, this inclusive class explores both foundational and intermediate techniques for using low-level electrical currents to enhance pleasure safely and intentionally. You’ll learn how the body responds to electrical stimulation, the difference between surface sensation and muscle contraction, and how to build arousal through rhythm, teasing, and intensity control. Safiya will introduce common tools—including violet wands, TENS/EMS units, conductive pads, insertable and external electrodes, and handheld metal implements—along with proper setup, testing, cleaning, and storage practices. Consent and negotiation are central to this workshop. Before any scene, participants are encouraged to discuss experience levels, medical considerations, limits, desired sensations, power dynamics, safewords, and aftercare needs. The class emphasizes clear communication and collaborative planning to create both physical and emotional safety. Comprehensive safety guidance will cover avoiding heart pathways, starting at low intensity, proper electrode placement, monitoring skin response, and recognizing when to pause or stop. Whether you’re curious about adding a spark to your play or looking to deepen your skills, this safety-forward class will help you explore electrical play with confidence and care.
This lecture and listening session explores how bilateral auditory stimulation can be used to engage delta-range activity through sound.
