Train for a century the smart way with this 15-week guided training ride series. Starting at 20 miles, weekly Saturday rides gradually build endurance with intentional progression, varied San Diego routes, and a supportive group environment. The series reaches 80 miles by Week 13, includes a strategic recovery ride at 65 miles in Week 14, and culminates in a full 100-mile century ride in Week 15. Designed for riders preparing for their first century or looking to improve confidence, consistency, and endurance.
