THIS IS THE HIGH DESERT BLACK GRAD (NOT THE IE NATIONAL BLACK GRAD). Please make sure you are purchasing tickets for the right event. No refunds will be granted. Invite as many guests as you would like. Black Graduation HD was created by five Black women educators in the High Desert who would like to give HD graduating Black seniors an opportunity to participate in a pre-commencement Black graduation celebration, who, through unyielding determination, have successfully completed high school. The event recognizes their accomplishments and provides an opportunity for graduates to honor those who have helped them achieve their milestones. We offer the ceremony knowing that it connects our community. Allowing students to take pride in their accomplishments while also celebrating the strength, beauty, and resilience of Blackness and Black joy.
