The capstone session of the Make It workshop series, featuring artist panelists, case studies, and time to connect. The afternoon will begin with the final workshop and panel discussion led by facilitators Susan F. Gray and Patricia Gomez. Panelists will share real-world examples of how public art projects can reflect community voices, support youth participation, and create lasting cultural impact. The remainder of the session will be dedicated to open discussion, networking, and peer exchange, offering time to connect with panelists and fellow artists, reflect on lessons from the full series, and build relationships with others working in public art. The session is open to all artists, including those who have not attended previous workshops.
