Building a community of practice and working towards collective action to advance DEI in Oshawa. Through interactive discussions and action-oriented sessions, participants will contribute to the development of creating space for ongoing learning, connection, and accountability.

Join us for a fun paint-along event with your local artist, Liesl, at East Side Mario's. The total price of this experience includes all the materials you will need to create this project. You will have plenty of elbow room and space to be able to recreate your own masterpiece with step-by-step instruction in a 2-hour time frame.

Experience movement, education, and real conversation about body contouring, lymphatic drainage, and wellness. Plus a 45 min workout.
