Health Initiative for Men (HIM) bring its popular yoga group to Chilliwack! Join Health Initiative for Men (HIM) for yoga in Chilliwack every second and last Friday of each month in The Slesse Room in Evergreen Hall Community Center. Come stretch those knots away and practice yoga with HIM in a safe and friendly environment. Arrive a few minutes prior to class with your yoga mat, a towel, water bottle, and positive energy. This promises a great way to stay healthy and meet like-minded adults while building better yoga practices. Participants often meet up after the class to keep the socializing going. This beginner’s group is open to self-identified gay, bi, queer men and gender diverse people, and other like-minded adults.
