Get ready for the 2026 International Women's Day Illawarra Lunch, featuring guest speaker Jana Pittman - Olympian, doctor, mother and TV personality. This signature event celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, while shining a spotlight on the talent and potential of women across our region. It also raises awareness of ongoing gender equality challenges. On the day, we'll announce eight scholarship recipients along with the winner of the major project funding, highlighting initiatives that strengthen and unite our community. In 2026, the lunch will be held on Friday, 6 March, at the WIN Entertainment Centre in Wollongong, welcoming more than 900 attendees.
