These Workshop-Retreats combine elements of wellness, neuroscience, and of course meditative practices. This includes elements from neuroscientific research and other investigative fields; provides efficient techniques and methods of meditation; and develops a framework to establish and maintain regular practice. Using a simplified neuro-anatomical model through which to deepen meditative practices, the retreat space supports participants in our personal journeys. At Premalaya, there will be an optional Sauna and Freeze-dip to experience some of the power of breath.
