Find the best art events and make the most of your time next 30-days in Beverley. From art to history and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Give your child the chance to get creative after school with our Term 2 art program from Beverley Station Arts. Designed for ages 8-12, this is an 8-week course running Mondays from 3:30 - 5:00PM, May 4 to June 22 at Studio 119 on Vincent Street. Each term will cover a new artistic medium, with the first inviting young artists to dive into the world of ceramics. Students will learn foundational clay hand-building techniques, including pinch, slab, and coil methods, while creating three unique pieces across the term. More than just a class, this program encourages kids to think and work like real artists, culminating in the exciting opportunity to exhibit their work in a gallery setting at the end of term. Thanks to support from the Government of Western Australia, fees are heavily subsidised at just $10 per class (normally $30). The program will be led by local Beverley artists from Studio 119, with the Term 2 syllabus created by Kelly D. Kelly is a West Australian Artisan who works in a contemporary modern way with ceramics to create sculptural and functional pieces. Her sculpture is fun and whimsical with a tactile nature. Kelly uses Australia clay to create all her works of art. She is able to create dimension and add life to her work by applying a unique finish style often described as 3D illustrations. Kelly has been a professional working artist for many years. Upon moving to Beverley 5 years ago, she used her art practice to successfully create a small community in the Wheatbelt, which is very important for her to expand her creative direction. With limited places available and high demand expected, we encourage early registration to avoid disappointment.
