Growing Resilience is a free peer-to-peer program to help you improve your mental health and build resilience in times of high distress. This program is a structured 6 week initiative designed to help participants build emotional well-being and practical coping skills in a support setting. The program is available to anyone aged 18+ and is delivered both face to face and online in WA.
