A bi-weekly slow movement and rest session for women, especially mothers, focused on nervous system care and meaningful connection. This is a gentle, nurturing space created for women, especially mothers, who feel tired, overwhelmed, or in need of time to slow down and be supported. Each session is intentionally slow and nervous-system-informed and is guided by Helena, a local holistic and integrative somatic practitioner and mother who is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for women. Helena’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and accessible for all bodies and levels of experience. As a mum herself, she understands the invisible load many women carry and creates an environment where there is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” You will be guided through: Gentle somatic movement to release tension and reconnect with your body Restorative rest to support deep relaxation There are no expectations and no previous experience required. You can expect: A calm, cosy, and welcoming environment Simple, accessible movements Time to breathe, soften, and regulate your nervous system A sense of being seen, supported, and not alone This hour is for you to: Let go of the invisible load Feel supported in doing less Who this is for: Women and mothers feeling tired, stressed, or overwhelmed Those seeking gentle movement rather than intense exercise Anyone craving connection, support, and community People who want a pause from the busyness of daily life Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion or pillow, and a blanket or towel to make yourself comfortable.

Kundalini Yoga & Women’s Circle. This session explores the theme of courage in a safe, supportive and welcoming space. Join us for a gentle and nourishing evening of Kundalini Yoga and Women’s Circle in Torquay. This session offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step away from the busyness of everyday life. Through guided practices, you’ll be supported to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence. This session will explore the theme of courage, not as something forceful, but as a quiet inner strength that supports you in moving forward, being yourself, and showing up in your life. The Kundalini Yoga practice includes movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation and chanting, helping to release tension and create space within the body and mind. After the practice, we will move into a Women’s Circle, where you’ll be invited to connect, reflect, and share (if you feel to) in a safe and supportive environment. The session is guided by Yin, a local facilitator based in Geelong, qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher and counsellor. Yin brings a grounded and warm presence, creating spaces where women feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. No experience is needed — you are welcome exactly as you are. Tea and light snacks will be provided at the end of the session.
