This free community event is brought to you by the Rotary Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Committee and partners. 'Just a Farmer' is a compelling and deeply personal film, telling the story of the often-unseen challenges faced by farmers and their families. It shines a light on the importance of mental health support in rural communities. This event is an opportunity for us to come together, reflect, and continue fostering a culture of care and awareness around mental health in the agricultural sector and beyond.

Come along to this FREE workshop and let us help you to make sense of your headache or migraine - what could your body be telling you? Headaches affect thousands of average Australians every day. But headaches, and really any form of pain, are not normal. They are often signals —your body’s way of telling you that something is wrong and that you might need help. The most common types of headaches are tension, neck, migraine, and sinus headaches. Each of these can be linked to many factors, from fatigue to poor posture, stress, physical injury, or irregular sleep patterns, to name just a few. In this FREE workshop, we’ll look at: What’s causing your headaches, Ways to optimise your lifestyle to deter headaches, How Chiropractic care can provide effective care for certain types of headaches. This workshop is ideal for anyone suffering from headaches or migraines and looking for a well-rounded approach to wellness. Don't miss this exclusive opportunity to gain valuable insights and take control of your health.
