Education Events in Mornington

Join us for a special hands-on session in partnership with Mornington Peninsula Shire Community Animal Shelter. Ages 6-12. During this fun and interactive session, participants will: Read to friendly shelter cats – help socialize cats while practicing reading skills in a calm environment. Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the animal shelter – discover how the shelter cares for its animals and how we can all support responsible pet ownership. Make your own DIY cat toy – create an enrichment toy that will be donated to a shelter cat or taken home for a pet of your own. Ages 6-12. Free, bookings essential.
