All ingredients and consumables are provided, along with lunch and refreshments, including lots of cheese to taste. In our Hands-on Course, you’ll discover how to create a variety of popular cheeses right in your own kitchen with your own hands right from scratch, using simple ingredients including supermarket milk, from as little as $10/kg! You will learn how to make: Camembert, Danish Blue, Mozzarella, Bocconcini, Burrata, Feta, Halloumi, Farmhouse Cheddar, Cottage Cheese, and Ricotta. Whether you're looking to impress your friends with homemade Mozzarella, Camembert, Feta, Halloumi or just enjoy fresh, flavourful cheeses daily, this workshop is perfect for you! Each cheese is easy to make from standard supermarket milk, affordable & perfect for adding variety to your meals at home or entertaining. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our hands-on approach will guide you every step of the way. You get to take home at least 1.5kg of the cheeses that are made at the workshop. We will also teach you how to store & mature your cheeses, a process that enhances the flavour of the cheeses.
