Together, we’ll plant across three sites within the park in collaboration with Geelong Cemeteries Trust, enhancing coastal saltmarsh and native woodland areas while contributing to the health of these important ecosystems. Everyone is welcome - whether you’re coming along with friends, family, or meeting others on the day. It’s a chance to get your hands in the soil, connect with your community, and make a positive impact. This planting day is part of an ongoing effort to enhance the natural beauty and ecological value of the cemetery, creating peaceful, biodiverse spaces for reflection, remembrance, and habitat for local wildlife. By taking part, you’ll help grow a landscape that can be enjoyed by both people and nature for generations to come. Everyone is welcome - no experience needed.
