This is a space for women to step away from the noise, the fast pace, and the constant giving… and come back to ourselves. Held in a beautiful, wild natural environment — surrounded by open space, beauty, and the calming presence of horses in the Yarra Valley — this one-day retreat offers time to soften, to breathe, and to simply be… without pressure, expectation, or rush. Together, we gather around the hearth — a space of grounding, connection, and quiet support — to rest our bodies, calm our minds, and reconnect with what feels true. This day is especially supportive for women moving through perimenopause and menopause, offering gentle care, understanding, and community during a time of change. It is an invitation to pause and explore this often tumultuous and transformative stage of life with greater awareness, compassion, and self-care. Through rest, reflection, connection to nature, and shared space with other women, you’ll be invited to: slow down and reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, senses, and inner rhythm, feel supported, seen, and held, restore a sense of calm and clarity, reflect on your personal journey through midlife, explore supportive practices to navigate this transition with greater ease and care, gently learn about nourishment and wellbeing through a Chinese Medicine perspective, explore the astrological cycles that can accompany the menopause years, discover your own “inner pharmacy” to support emotional and physical balance.
