A Women’s Embodiment Day Coming home to your body, the Earth, breath, and belonging. Through breath, gentle movement, somatic expression, rest, and shared reflection, we create space to return to the body as safe ground. To listen again to the wisdom that moves through you - and through the Earth - when there is time to slow, feel, and simply be. Throughout the day, you’ll also be supported by carefully chosen guest facilitators who offer practices, tools, and perspectives that complement this journey of return and remembering. Each offering is woven into the container with care, integrity, and a shared trauma-informed approach. This is a space for exhale, for release. For presence. being She Who Returns is a consistent quarterly gathering, offering a space you can return to again and again - to yourself, your body, and what’s unfolding in each season.
