Learn to read charts, select colours and tension yarns in one and two hands. Leave with confidence to cast on your first Fair Isle project.

Pru has worked as a qualified teacher for almost 20 years, combining her expertise in knitting to develop engaging workshops for all learners.

Trevor and Julie at Fish Creek’s very own Long John Pickles present a hands-on workshop learning to process a jar of Dill Pickles. There’ll be pickles tastings, general pickling information and at the end of the session you get to take home your very own jar of pickles! Beverages and Berrys Creek Gourmet Cheese tasting included.
