Through calming, nervous-system-supportive practices including somatic healing, poly vagal therapy, mindfulness, gentle yoga-inspired stretches, sound healing and time in nature, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply and restore your energy. The afternoon also includes something special: a joyful GETLOW® movement session — a fun, beat-driven, low-impact workout that blends dance, light cardio and uplifting music to lift your mood and energise the body. Designed for all abilities, this session is about moving freely, releasing tension and reconnecting with the simple joy of movement.
