A FREE information session and morning tea for carers by Carers Victoria. This practical 90 minute in person workshop supports carers to plan for unexpected situations when they may be unable to provide care as usual. The workshop will cover why emergency care plans matter, the types of emergencies to consider, who could help, and what key information to document. Attendees will also have time to work through an emergency care plan template. This is an introductory session focused on short-term planning and does not cover advanced care planning.
