Find the best mindfulness events and make the most of your time next 30-days in Ballarat. From education to science and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

No one teaches a boy how to become a man. So he figures it out alone. This is where that changes.

Join us for a warm, uplifting day of emotional healing, wellness tips, and great connections with amazing Christian women!

Join George and Klyti for a nourishing and blissful evening of Sound and Qigong, as we continue to explore the power of connection with Self and Others. Through the practice of different Qigong exercises - gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation - we can regulate our energy and emotions. And experience the healing effect of Beautiful Live Harmonic Music. This is a beautiful opportunity to strengthen your personal power, align with your true self, and feel a sense of renewal. Learn relaxation skills you can use everyday. Invite a friend or loved one to enjoy this magical experience with you.
Ballarat Libraries is proud to present Wellbeing Matters, a series of monthly sessions focusing on general wellbeing. Learn, share and connect in these engaging sessions involving local guest speakers sharing their knowledge and wisdom to help us lead happier and healthier lives. In this hands-on session, local artist Brigid Corcoran will guide you in creating unique collages inspired by Ballarat’s flora and fauna. Using magazine clippings and found objects like leaves, bark, and gumnuts you’ll explore mindfulness and creativity in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide Amanda for this two-hour guided session while exploring the calming benefits of Forest Therapy in the beautiful Ballarat Botanical Gardens. This session will help you connect with nature through sensory exploration and guided activities designed to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing. As you wander through the shaded canopies of the garden discover the therapeutic benefits of Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing. Supported by scientific research, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, embrace the present moment and rejuvenate your mind and body. We conclude the session with a Japanese inspired tea-sharing ceremony.
