The Annual RME Downlands Art Exhibition Gala Opening will take place on Friday, 18 September, and the Exhibition will be open from 19-23 September 2026. The exhibition will showcase a mix of international, national, and local artists. The exhibition offers a diverse range of contemporary and traditional artworks, all thoughtfully curated. The Gala Opening is an exciting event where the exhibition is unveiled, and the best artworks are snapped up. It's an incredible night of art, food, and friends, with limited tickets available.
Shape, scent and slow down at the hub with this creative two-part craft series. Join us for a relaxing air clay session where you’ll create your own aroma rocks... simple, natural diffusers that gently release your favourite scents into your space. These stones absorb essential oils and slowly disperse fragrance, creating a subtle and calming atmosphere. In this first session, you’ll shape and design your pieces, followed by time to unwind, connect and enjoy a coffee together. Once your creations have dried, you’ll return to decorate and personalise them.
In this 2.5-hour beginner class you will have fun by painting traditional ceramic bowls. The techniques that are used in the process date back to the 8th century. You will not need to bring anything. All the necessary materials will be provided in the session. Ready to use glazed ceramic bowls, Colorings, All painting tools. The beginner class does not require a kiln, as the bowls are already glazed. At the end of the session, you will be able to take your finished project with you.
