What's On in South Preston

Tues nights - 6:30 - 9pm. 12th May - 30th June. As the nights grow ever colder, ever shorter - let us gather by candlelight, and warm ourselves with community and song. The changes of season reminds us that wellbeing is cyclical, not linear. Just as the earth rests, so too must we. This offers an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from overstimulation, and focus on restoration rather than performance. This will be an 8 week journey, exploring songs, voice and communing through gentle singing as we've been doing for time immemorial. This is a journey (not drop in) helping us to build greater connection with our own voices, and dancing in the safety and joy of the group voice. There will be rituals, fire pit singing and a group pot luck during the journey. Come along for a tender experience. All experiences welcome.
