Come along for an encore chat about Phil and Ned's Ride for Nature - an epic 5200km bike ride completed in 2024 by Phil Wise and his then 14 year old son Ned. Learn about how it all came together and their new mission to create a documentary about the adventure, the charities they rode for, and the power we all hold to make change for good if we want to.

Mindful Inner Health Cultivation is the practice of conscious attention to the mind-body. It is a traditional training and meditation regime of ‘Chan (Zen) Martial Arts Medicine’, an indigenous form of Buddhist practice. It involves unwavering attentiveness to deep breathing and slow, graceful movements originating from martial art forms. The practice promotes the flow of ‘qi’ and blood, nurtures internal organs, strengthens your ‘core’, improves joint function, stretches muscles and tendons, and improves posture, flexibility, and balance. The workshop will be broken into three parts: an introductory discussion plus practice breathing exercises and foundational Qi gong movements, a tea-break, and a further practice session learning more qi gong movements.
Improve your self-awareness in new and creative ways. Start a journalling practice that works for you. Learn creative strategies to reduce your stress and improve your resilience. This course is an exploration of the importance of journalling and some of the popular types. The goal of this course is to present you with a range of options outside written journalling that might work for your own reflective practice. As well as discussing techniques and giving you activities to explore the ideas, Kylie will provide you with some resources and additional references to help you discover more for yourself.
