Brave Monkey Movement Sessions are fun, inclusive, and age-specific physical activity sessions designed to help young people build confidence, coordination, and physical wellbeing in a supportive environment. Confidence-building movement activities delivered in a positive, encouraging way. Age-appropriate sessions tailored to different youth age groups. A strong focus on inclusion, choice, and personal comfort.
