Looking for a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day?….for your mum, with your mum, or simply for yourself? I’d love you to join me at Sophie’s Patch for a very special Mother’s Day garden experience. Afterwards we’ll enjoy morning or afternoon tea together….tea or coffee and home baked cakes using produce from the garden. Then I’ll take you on a personally guided tour of Sophie’s Patch 2.0 sharing the story of the garden, the experiments in rewilding, and some of the ideas and inspiration behind it. Dates: Friday 8 May | 1.30–4.00pm Saturday 9 May | 10.00am–12.30pm Having run these events in the past, I know how special they can be. Some people come with their mum or siblings, some give a ticket as a surprise gift, and others come along on their own and still feel warmly part of the day. As someone who lost my own mum many years ago I once thought I might need tissues at these gatherings but instead they’ve always turned out to be joyful, inspiring and uplifting experiences. So, on that note, I’d love to share my garden with you!
