This workshop will give farmers clear, practical tools to make confident financial decisions and focus on active financial management to help you take control of your numbers. Participants will: - Take a deep dive into cash flow forecasting - Understand impacts of key business decisions - Understand how lenders assess serviceability and risk - Gain tips on how to improve communication in family/partner businesses - Connect with other likeminded farmers. This workshop is open to all members of the farm business team and more than one member of the business is encouraged to attend. The day includes morning tea and lunch.
