Find the best mindfulness events and make the most of your time in Gawler. From art to technology and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Return to basics with a day of yoga, community and nourishing food at Riverdell. On Sunday 29 March, join Laura and a small group of like-minded people for a day centred on the foundations of yoga, simple practices, nourishing food and connection. The day will begin with a slow and steady flowing vinyasa class, with plenty of options for modifications and the opportunity to workshop poses, making this retreat ideal if you are newer to yoga or want to revisit the foundations of your practice. We will then enjoy a relaxed lunch of nourishing seasonal food. After lunch, there will be time to reflect and explore pranayama (yoga breathwork), with one or two simple practices you can take home. The day will close with a restorative yin yoga class and guided meditation, followed by afternoon tea, leaving you feeling grounded, steady and supported as the season turns inward.
Mother's Connect An event for YOU, to be seen, heard and feel connected to yourself again

Discover how gentle, compassionate attention to your body can support safety and self-trust. In this 90-minute introductory workshop, we’ll explore felt sense awareness, the subtle bodily “knowing” that often precedes conscious thought, through a somatic and nervous system-informed approach. You’ll be gently guided to notice whatever arises in your body with curiosity, tuning into subtle shifts, tensions, or movements and exploring the messages your body holds.
