Breathwork ceremony using conscious, connected breathing patterns to activate the nervous system, allowing the body to access and release physical tension, emotional residue, or mental overwhelm. Participants are advised to abstain from eating chocolate or cacao for 48 hours, consuming no caffeine for 24 hours, eating very lightly and/or fasting for at least 3 hours prior on the day of the ceremony to increase the benefits and connection with the sacred plant.
