This unique collaboration brings Sarah Baldwin of Joy Restaurant to the mountain, pairing her refined, produce-driven cooking with Franquette’s artisanal French baking and pâtisserie. Savour a thoughtful menu of seasonal, locally inspired dishes and pastries in an intimate mountaintop setting, celebrating craftsmanship, community, and the joy of sharing food with friends.

Indulge in a luxurious bouquet and botanical experience with The Cupcake Floristry and Loborn Distillery. Begin by crafting and sipping a signature amaro cocktail, then decorate your own edible floral bouquet featuring rosella jam filling, bursting with colour and flavour. Settle in for an unforgettable afternoon in a relaxed, open-air concert experience on Tamborine Mountain, where Tim Freedman (The Whitlams) takes centre stage. Tim will be performing as a 4-piece band with rhythm section, the Whitlams' lead singer will guide you through the highlights of his nine-album catalogue with songs such as 'Blow Up the Pokies' and 'No Aphrodisiac', and into some lesser known detours, including the recent country outing, The Whitlams Black Stump album 'Kookaburra'. A Welcome to Country and dance performance by Mununjali Ngari forms part of the program, while guests enjoy a menu of local inspired dishes and sip on our signature Spirit of the Mountain cocktail at sunset. Spirit of the Mountain is deliciously presented as part of the 2026 Scenic Rim Eat Local Month.
