Has the start of the year left you feeling like you need to come up for air? This wholesome, nourishing & rejuvenating weekend on this beautiful property will leave you feeling grounded, tuned in and ready to take life on again. 2 Date Options: Friday 22nd 3pm until Sunday 24th 11am. This retreat is a guided journey of slowing down & receiving. Each activity and practice has been selected to gently calm the mind and start guiding you inward safely. Rest, replenish and reconnect. Activities include (participation optional). All delicious vegetarian meals and snacks: Friday evening to Sunday 11am. 2 x breakfast, 1 x lunch, 2 x dinners, Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea & Dessert, Saturday, Ceremonial Cacao, Herbal Tea & Coffee, All Activities and Facilitation of the Group. Note: Can cater to special dietary requirements. The food is really a part of the medicine & nourishment of this weekend. We have the beautiful Georgia from Soul Foods cooking for us all weekend. She is so passionate, knowledgeable and just such a calm loving presence in the kitchen over the weekend. The food is like a big warm loving hug.
