The Sunshine Coast Wootha Prize 2026 - Sustainable by nature, beautiful by design. The Wootha Prize is a nationally recognised woodworking award that celebrates beautifully crafted timber sculpture and furniture from sustainably sourced native timbers and weed timbers. The exhibiton of entries for 2026 will be open across the weekend of the Montville Timber Trail 2nd to 4th May. Wootha Prize finalist pieces in sculpture, furniture and tiny treasures. All unique and handmade pieces will also be for sale. Cast your vote for the People's Choice Award! Barung Nursery sales tent with native plants available across the weekend 'On the Deck' speakers program from 11am Saturday and Sunday. A series of informal talks about rainforest, habitat and working sustainably with timber.
