This retreat is for women who are ready to slow down and reconnect with themselves, release what feels heavy or misaligned, reignite their inner fire, step into the year with intention and clarity, and be held in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. The day will include guided equine-assisted experiences, grounding and reflective practices, connection circles, and time in nature.
