Gentle Movement | Breath-work | Sound Healing This gentle gathering invites you to slow down, soften the body, and reconnect within. Dari will guide us through nourishing gentle movement, followed by conscious breathwork session to support nervous system regulation. The experience will close with a deeply restorative sound bath meditation, allowing everything to settle, integrate, and ground.
