THE SACRED RETURN // Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony - Hervey Bay // Every few months, this work is held on the coast. // From the land in Wellingrove, NSW, where my family and I now live, back to Hervey Bay, where this rhythm first began. // The Sacred Return is a quarterly gathering held through cacao, breath, and shared presence. // This ceremony offers a simple, contained space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with the body through breath. // The emphasis is on regulation, clarity, and embodied awareness.
