This beginner-friendly guided walk in the Currumbin Valley (just 30mins from the Coast) is designed for women who want to move gently, build confidence outdoors, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment. We begin with grounding and a yoga-inspired warm-up guided by a qualified yoga teacher, then set off on an accessible rainforest walk through Springbrook National Park. Along the way, you’ll be guided through a longer nature connection practice, supporting presence, calm, and a deeper experience of the forest. By the end of the walk, you’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, and more connected — carrying the calm and clarity of nature back into your day. Most women come solo and are warmly welcomed.

From there, you’ll move through a grounding yoga flow to release tension stored in the muscles, fascia and hips, followed by stillness and integration. This isn’t about flexibility or fitness. It’s about how you feel in your body for the rest of the day. Expect to leave: calmer and clearer, more focused and emotionally steady, connected to your body instead of stuck in your head, energized. Perfect for beginners and experienced movers.
