Shhh… Sip & Sketch is a contemplative creative ritual — a 2hour immersion into silence, compassion, and intuitive observation. We begin by softening into a guided heart meditation, awakening the inner space of awareness and kindness. From there, we enter a silent live drawing experience, sketching the Monk of the Month in reverent observation. Here, drawing becomes meditation. Seeing becomes devotion. Silence becomes full. There is no pressure to perform. No expectation of outcome. Only an invitation to witness and respond.

AVÉ (Australian Vocal Ensemble) brings together four of the country’s leading singers in a performance that places Australian composers and writers at its heart. In an intimate chamber setting, AVÉ presents newly commissioned works shaped by the words of Tim Winton AO. The program features compositions by Emma Jayakumar, Ruben Davies, Lachlan Skipworth, Aaron Wyatt, Andrew O’Connor and Katie Noonan. With vocal works that respond to Winton’s unmistakable language in music that feels expansive and unmistakably Australian, the ensemble will also pay tribute to the golden age of vocal polyphony with AVÉ’s interpretations of music by Bach and Tomás Luis de Victoria.
A day of mindful making at Chenrezig Institute Art Studio, creating a mandala-style wall art bringing together painting and weaving with natural plant fibres.
Join two of NZ and AU's finest guitarists & singer/songwriters for a night of exquisite guitar, & intimate stories woven through song & melody.
Acclaimed guitarists Karin Schaupp and Andrew Veivers join forces to present an intimate program of Spanish guitar.
Martin Kay (saxophone & clarinet) joins Black Square Quartet for a genre-hopping evening of folk, jazz, and contemporary curiosities.
The Acoustic Guitar Spectacular returns in 2026, bringing three outstanding Australian guitarists together for one night of exceptional acoustic music. Hosted by internationally recognised guitarist Michael Fix, the concert highlights the skill, precision and creativity that have made this series a favourite with Queensland audiences. Joining him are Jason McGregor and Craig Claxton, two highly respected musicians with distinct styles.
Ensemble Trivium performs traditional and contemporary chamber repertoire for string trio, flute and harp.
Guitarist Aaron Hopper and vocalist Kacey Patrick are innovators, improvisers and passionate performers whose music defies boundaries.
Be guided through a resting, restorative and relaxing floor based yoga nidra 'yogic sleep' for 45 minutes where all you'll have to do is create your own comfortable resting space with a yoga mat, pillows and light coverings to just rest and receive. From this very blissful state, transition to your choice of a Meditative Play with Clay or a Peaceful Paint with Watercolours (all Art supplies are included).
United States of Anxiety. Smith is one of the few Australian folk singers to hold both a US merchant mariner’s licence and a US Marine Corps medal. He has worked on American cruise ships, travelled the interstate highways, and lived alongside US soldiers in southern Afghanistan, experiences that give his observations unusual depth and perspective. Drawing from his US travelogue albums Texas and Great, the show blends songs with stories and sharp, good-humoured commentary on American politics, history and culture. This is Fred Smith at his best: weaving music, story and images into a nuanced portrait of a complicated nation - insightful, engaging and quietly compelling.
