Ladies its time to jump into the joy of being again! I'm creating a lovely way for women to breathe and return to their bodies, return to rest and feeling all of themselves. Your heart, your body, your shyness, your fragility, your power and goodness, without any agenda. This safety is important to me, and you will be guided purely with invitation and self-empowerment. Rest, receive, return rested, regulated and feeling aliveness, with a softer edge internally.
