Invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and nurturing space through Healing Yoga and Art. This retreat offers a small group setting for rest, emotional wellbeing, and self-connection. Experience new insights, perspectives, and purpose with healthy snacks, tea, pranayama, slow mindful movement, and deep conscious breathing. No prior yoga experience is needed. Healing Art focuses on intuitive art-making to process emotions and gain clarity. Held at Bellbunya Eco Community, an eco-friendly, permaculture-focused community with stunning nature views. A gentle note: this is a wellbeing and self-care experience, not a form of therapy or medical treatment. Everyone is welcome to join for calm, balance, and gentle healing. Spaces are limited.
