Heart of Her is a Mother’s Day experience designed to honour connection, presence, and the women who give so much of themselves. The morning begins with a guided Pilates class designed to gently stimulate the lymphatic system through intentional, flowing movement. This heart-opening practice is designed to reduce stagnation, encourage circulation and leave you feeling both energised and supported. We will then transition into a deeply restorative meditation and sound immersion, allowing the body to soften, integrate and down-regulate the nervous system. To close the experience, guests will take part in a crystal jewellery workshop, creating a bracelet infused with their own personal intention. A meaningful keepsake to carry beyond the day.
