These sessions are for movers of all levels of experience, including beginners and those new to conscious dance. With the support of a carefully woven playlist you will be gently guided to discover what lives beneath the skin and become aware of the intelligence within the body. And who knows, you might just have some fun along the way. You are encouraged to come as you are and find expression for what is real in the moment, where you can explore and embody different aspects of your body, emotions and consciousness. After we have moved together there will be an opportunity to connect socially with a shared meal and cups of tea.
