Front man David Atkinson has closely studied all aspects of Mark Knopfler’s guitar style, sounds and vocal tones over many years and has produced a presentation that will impress and amaze even the most ‘hard core’ Dire Straits fans. The band includes respected pianist Todd Ellery and Guy Slingerland; founding drummer for the Eurogliders; well known professional Bass player Manoli Vouyoucalos and dedicated Rhythm Guitarist Pete Wynne. If you have enjoyed listening to Dire Straits over the years and appreciate an entertaining showcase with a dedication to quality, then the ‘Brothers in Arms Experience’ is a show not to be missed. “Don't miss the Experience!” Recent review: Dire Straits tribute band, Brothers in Arms performed at The Cruising Yacht Club in Rockingham and left a great impression on the large crowd of members and guests. The heaving dance floor was testament to the quality and energy of the music. If you closed your eyes you would have thought Dire Straits were playing. Looking forward to having the band back here again.
