Charity Events in Alice Springs

Join the Mother’s Day Classic on Sunday 10 May 2026 to walk or run in support of lifesaving breast and ovarian cancer research. Take part in the Alice Springs run or walk at St Philip's College from 7am to raise vital funds for breast and ovarian cancer research. The course follows the river walk from St Philip's College towards the Alice Springs Telegraph Station, forming a scenic loop along the river. Participants will be looped around to return along the same path to finish on the St Philip's College oval. The shared path is mostly flat and suitable for walkers, runners, prams, and wheelchairs, though it can become narrow in sections.
