All are welcome to join us for our High Tea fundraiser. Enjoy a selection of fresh scones, jam & cream; savoury tarts, ribbon sandwiches, delicious slices and cakes; gourmet teas and plunger coffee plus continuous bubbles for 3 hours. All funds raised support our local and international Zonta projects including Birthing Kits, support of the local Women’s Refuge, Education Scholarships & Awards for women. West & Young are very excited to bring their EP to Thirroul. After a spate of Sydney gigs Jodie is thrilled to have a hometown gig and Caroline loves to be playing music anywhere she can! This Australian indie-folk/alt-country duo are known for their rich harmonies and sweet, melodic sound, sharing a love of story telling in their music. The whole band of Don Miller Robinson, Tony Mitchell and Greg Henson are packing up the Kombi and heading south, you'll get the full West & Young experience - original songs that blend organic sounds and heartfelt lyrics with irresistibly catchy melodies. There will be a few old favourites thrown in too. Hopefully we can convince Don Miller Robinson to do some swampy JJ Cale (worth the ticket price alone!)
