These practices are calm and meditative, inviting a sense of stillness, awareness and connection. Following this, we will take a relaxed and mindful walk along Hooka Creek pausing along the way to notice the details of nature - textures, colours, movements and seasonal changes. Gentle prompts will be offered to support your awareness and deepen your experience, while still allowing space for personal reflection and exploration at your own pace.
