Coordinated by Julie Jamieson (headspace Mental Health and Yoga with Jules), you’ll enjoy a full-day immersion that stimulates deep relaxation, learning, nervous system support, and meaningful connection to self. The day is gently held with embodied health practices such as yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, a mini workshop that introduces somatic exploration and nervous system regulation, followed by a delicious healthy lunch and refreshments by gourmet caterer Frances, ending the day with a restorative sound journey led by renowned gong master Jaye Roberts. Held in an inclusive and safe environment that is supportive of rest and rejuvenation, attendees will walk away with a renewed sense of self and take-home practical strategies that support both mental and physical wellbeing.
