Then a heart-felt tribute to Slim Dusty’s life-long companion and song-writing buddy Joy McKean, and the tragic story of suffragette Emily Davison. Ami mixes in some classic folk covers, a haunting piano song The Soldier’s Wife, and some hilarious feminista songs like the Mother-in-law Song - and then a send-up of her early days with the Australian Opera.
