Busy isn’t the same as free. A small business roundtable to reset your time, role, and weekly structure. This is a complimentary session for local business owners. There’s no seminar and nothing to buy - just a small group of owners having a proper conversation and working on their businesses together. Running a business can be rewarding - but it can also quietly take over your time, your headspace, and your family life if you’re not careful. Most business owners I meet aren’t lazy and they aren’t bad operators. They’re just busy… and being busy and being free are not the same thing. This small group roundtable is for local business owners who feel like they’re working hard, wearing too many hats, and want to step back and get some structure around their time and their role in the business. It’s a small working session with 3–5 business owners around a table where we’ll actually map out where your time is going and how to start shifting it back onto the work that really moves your business forward. In this 90-minute session, we’ll work through: Where your time is currently going (the Time Audit) The difference between $25/hour work and $250/hour work in your business What you should be doing more of (and what you should stop doing) How to start building a weekly structure so the business relies less on you Simple ways to free up time without hurting the business You’ll leave with a clearer picture of your role, a simple weekly structure to test, and a few practical changes you can implement immediately.
